Autosurfs & Manual Surf are traffic exchanges that automatically rotate advertised websites in one's web browser. The difference between autosurf and manual surf is that the manual surf requires the user to click to see the next website, it will give you better quality visitors but can be annoying when you have to visits hundreds of websites daily.
