Beside, our solutions are performed within time and budget restrictions, we follow the methodology based on following process;

  • Client 

    Analyses functional or technical analysis. Depending on the project to be realized, the client will prepare an analyses file with the intervention of Frontware when request.


  • Project Managing 

    Frontware ensures the management of the project .Whether entire project or part of its development is subcontracted offshore or not is managed in full transparency.


  • Technical analysis 

    This stage is crucial for the good development of the project. It will allow to define a model Unified Modeling Language (UML) based on the functional analyses. This structure will be foundation for the further development.

  • Development

    The development is executed by dedicated teams comprise with well-educated and experienced programmers.


  • Tests 

    From the beginning of the development, the tests are made by a quality control team. The objective is to deliver a bug–free project. The client will then test the application in its own function environment.


  • Installation 

    In the collaboration with the client, Frontware assists with the set up and final launching of the project on the site of the client.


  • Final test 

    After each set up, the customer is responsible of the testing of the application in its final environment.


  • Documentation 

    - Technical documentation is delivered by the developer team as commented source code and database diagram.
    - User’s manual is on request, Frontware can deliver a user’s manual for the application. The document will be written only in English or Thai.


  • Project validation

    The guarantee period will be started after the acknowledgement of the project by the customer.

  • Maintenance

    We provide maintenance to fix bug after the warranty period and support for any change request will be required by the customers.
